Mona Shores Varsity Hockey Club

The Sailors will take on the Portage Central Mustangs today at 4:00 p.m. in the 20th annual Stan Konrad Tournament. Last night the Sailors downed rival East Kentwood 4 - 2 to advance. PC slipped past Monroe St. Mary's 3 - 2 OT thriller with a late goal in the 1st overtime.

Come watch what could be a preview of a match up later this year in the Regional State Playoffs today at Lakeshore.

Last night, the Sailor Brass Band was in attendance and did a fantastic job!!! Hopefully, they can make it out to the rink again for future games.

The Sailors were too much for Portage Central Saturday afternoon as they capture the tournament title with an 8 -3 victory. In the consolation game, East Kentwood defeated SMCC 4 - 2.

Today's Future Sailor inaugural event was a great idea and fun for all. Coach Habs pre-game speech in the locker room emphasizing academics and team play lead the Future Sailors to victory.

Many thanks to all the former Sailors who took the time and effort to support the program by attending the Alumni game today. The following players were able to attend:
